It will not be wrong to say that reliance India Call card is among India’s numero uno card used almost by all Indians living abroad. This if you compare with other available choices present in the market like letsdial, 9278, Pingo and Raza.
The card that came was expensive charging about 12 cents a minute in the beginning this was later exaggerated to 13 cents that became the standard rate.
Since the call quality and connection was easy to setup it was the most preferred choice by almost all the users.
But the sad part nowadays is that mostly we are getting busy signals for the past five months!! When we tried to dial 1800 number we got the same busy tone as usual.
As the time went by, the quality of the calls started to deteriorate. But as I said that since it was easy for any one to set it up and use it, it was appealed by everyone; the reliability factor was the one that kept everybody sticking to it.
Then along came AirTel call Home the thing that caught everybody’s attention was the price factor of 8 cents a minute & added to this was the double talk time offer was the icing on the cake. Airtel gave if not the same but even a better quality of call connections.
Airtel Call home plan gave a tough blow to Reliance India Call phone services. The reason was because of the cheap call rates with more or less the same sound quality.
Though bowing down to the competition the Reliance India Call phone did provide a double talk time for a limited period of time, but this was not much appreciated as many users did complain about it’s very short period.
Overall the feedbacks we received from other do tell us that Reliance India Call phone services is the choice for those who don’t care about the call rates and are comfortable to with services provided by Reliance India Call phone Cards.
