I used to use Witel for my small business until we got fed up with it. We recently switched to a local telephone answering service and have been much happier. Being a new cell phone company they can improve in the following areas. ( 1 ) CUSTOMER SERVICE. Provide a human who can answer the phone and listen to the cares, and concerns of your loyal customers.( 2 ) Provide live technical help because peeople have issues that should be resolved by live tech support. As his post implies that Witel does not provide PSTN outgoing calls. This is farther than the truth. Witel offers calls to anywhere in the world and both Witel and Non-Witel phones. The calling plans are unrivaled and the phone has no competition in terms of price and quality. This is actually a duplicate post I have seen which makes you wonder whether the traditional phone companies are up to this.<br /><br />Madan A.
