Gizmo5 for Nokia, blackberry users & Windows Mobile Devices
Gizmo5 is another great VoIP service provider. It’s main advantage is for Nokia Cell phone users who have WLAN enabled handsets, they can download the application free of charge by going to the downloads file or menu. Once downloaded you can create your own account and start using your phone for making cheap internet calls by using Gizmo5. This can be availed to other devices also of Blackberry Or Windows mobile devices.
You can additional facilities such as Chatting, play Voice mail greetings or Record Custom Voicemail.
Recently the company launched a new flash based application that lets you make calls to other Gizmo subscribers or to any telephone number for that matter just by installing the program on your PC.
Just like the handset version , you can create your account to call other Gizmo users for free or 1-800 toll free no. for free.
But if you want to make cheap landline or mobile calls you have to purchase credits by going to their site www.gizmo5.com.
Some Reviews:
1) The Sound quality was superb but there were a few moments when the sound got out of audible range. Overall the Phone version was satisfactory.
2) Regarding PC version the application automatically detects your default audio hardware i.e. microphone & headsets.
3) If you would like to receive calls, then you have to keep your account logged in, which is not possible all the time.
4) Gizmo can be installed in all major OS be it Windows, Mac or Linux.
5) You can also Send SMS messages directly from your Gizmo5 account.

i was explorig this service to know if it supports iphone ? I have found few other services that are compatible with my iphone like Vopium and Jajah, so i should convince myself for a positive change although i am satisfied with my current services too. Gizmo seems fascinating to me
Gizmo is a good product however there are no Australian servers.
So if you were going to use a mobile phone and a VoIP client in Australia you need to connect it to your own server (Asterisk) / voice provider.
Or use Skype on your mobile.
