How can I save with Voip?
How can I save with Voip?
This is a question that is made daily by thousands of people and also by almost all who have already ventured into using VoIP, we will present the result of a work toward answering that question, but in my opinion this is not or at least not should be the central or main Voip.
In theory a percentage number in question is very common 40%, but the range being considered by investigators is 30% to 60% when compared to conventional telephony.
Who are the consumers who are switching to VoIP in that first moment?
The vast majority of people at first are using VoIP, are seeking an alternative to its high telephone accounts.
How many lines Voip these first users are using?
In that first moment, the overwhelming majority are opting for a VoIP line with a single service provider.
For a vision of future market is necessary to examine some data on the service and on the market, the development of services and the market will in the future very soon govern Voip and give a new color to our original question.
Some numbers to show that the market VoipPaĆses broadband penetration of households in total between 0 to 5%, in most cases indicates a limited installed base.
Brazil = 4.1%, representing 2.2 million homes in Brazil (data from 2005) the projections for 2010 for Brazil, it is estimated to reach 23% of households have access using broadband quadruple the number that presented, that is open in 2010 with 500% more of households with access to broadband, something in the order of 11 million Brazilian households.
What gives us a number of new potential users of Voip quite encouraging, another predominant factor in this user profile is that it tends to be affluent and sophisticated in their use profile, approximating the pattern of countries in more mature stage of development .
In Hong Kong, where the base of households with broadband should reach 85% in 2010, it is estimated that the penetration of VoIP users jump between them from the current 15% to 80%.
In Korea, where in 2010 more than 95% of households will have broadband connection in 2010, it is estimated that the penetration of VoIP between these users reach 60%.
In France, the expectation is that penetration of VoIP among broadband users jump from the current 8% to 90% in 2010, with a penetration of broadband access provided for in 50% of households;
In Sweden, where it is estimated that over 50% of households are connected to broadband in 2010, the expectation is that 40% of households have the Voip as main platform of voice communication.
Our numbers are still returning not the result of limitations imposed by the bad distribution of income which limits the purchasing power of most Users.
The challenge of the expansion of broadband in the Voip we still faces the problem of the large mass of excluded, which will give the phone on a conventional life, but parallel to that number that will take advantage, the conventional telephony will face a market where most consumers will be a base of low financial return and there to search for the balance dictate the new trading rule.
It will be interesting to see how the government will put this question: on the one hand making popularizes policy of “digital inclusion” at all costs and the other living with the loss of one of the major sources of taxes adorableness since for knowledge of all the telephone Indian has a tax in the order of 40%.
