Their fair use policy is not using the service hoping free calls which is very unfair to the users.

Voipwise has fair use policy that is totally arbitrary. After making 3 phone calls not exceeding 15 minutes each or after 2 hours on total calls a day, they can start charging you from normal rates even though you have free days. There is no rule about it.
